I first got involved with Youth Parliament as a Volunteer and eventually became the Deputy Member for the Southeast. If elected as the Member of Youth Parliament for Southeast Hampshire, I will continue my work on the Mental Health and Environment Campaigns. My ultimate aim is to improve the provision of services for young people in my area as I believe we are the future of this country and if supported with the right education and resources we have the power to make the world a better place, or place at all, for future generations. In addition to this, I think it is vital that we create more opportunities for Young people to get involved and share their opinions. Due to this, if elected as MYP, I will run online surgeries so you can talk to me and voice your opinion. As well as this, I will be continuing to work on the HYP social media to make sure that what we do is transparent and actively serves you: youth parliament is made for young people and it is vital you are able to see what we are doing on your behalf. In conclusion, I am extremely passionate about the mental wellbeing and inclusion of young people, ensuring we all have a strong environment to grow up and thrive in as life throws everything it has at us and making sure that we can shape our own futures. I will do what I can to make this a reality. Please vote and show that young people are capable of having a voice and making a difference.
